The EntryFlow Protocol: Anti-Fraud QR Verification for 2026
Ticket fraud is a multi-billion dollar headache for the event industry. From "screen-shotted" QR codes passed between friends to sophisticated counterfeit passes, physical and non-secure digital tickets are failing organizers.
At AnD Innovatech, we didn't just want to build a pretty ticket; we wanted to build an unbreakable gate. This led to the development of the EntryFlow Protocol.
What is the EntryFlow Protocol?
The EntryFlow Protocol is our proprietary method of generating and verifying digital passes. It moves beyond simple static QR codes and implements a real-time validation layer.
How it works for attendees:
Every individual who registers for an event via EntryFlow is assigned a unique, cryptographic hash. This hash is then converted into a high-density QR code that lives on their secure digital pass page.
How it works for gate staff:
When a member of your security team scans the QR code using the EntryFlow Scanner, the system doesn't just read the text — it verifies the unique "handshake" between that QR code and our secure database.
3 Key Security Features
1. Anti-Duplication Locking
The moment a pass is scanned and verified at the door, the EntryFlow Protocol marks it as "Checked In." If a second person attempts to use the same QR code (or a screenshot), the scanner will immediately turn red and flag it as a duplicate, showing the exact time the original pass was used.
2. Time-Stamped Validity
For multi-day events or time-slotted access, EntryFlow can enforce strict time-stamping. A pass won't verify if scanned outside its designated entry window, preventing guests from entering during sessions they didn't register for.
3. Encrypted Data Silos
Unlike many public ticketing sites that store all event data in one massive (and targetable) database, EntryFlow uses isolated data silos. Your attendee list is encrypted and distinct, reducing the risk of data leaks that often lead to scammers targeting your guest list.
Ideal for High-Value & VIP Events
If you are hosting a high-ticket mastermind, an industry award ceremony, or a secure corporate summit, security isn't just a "feature" — it's a requirement.
The EntryFlow Protocol gives you the confidence to know that every person in the room is exactly who they say they are and has paid for their seat.
Stop Guessing at the Gate
Gate security is the first touchpoint of your event experience. Don't let it be a source of stress. With EntryFlow's real-time verification and anti-fraud protocols, your team can focus on welcoming guests, not hunting for fake tickets.
